Yes, if you have UK address, the incorporation address must be a UK address.

Your mails will be collected at our head office address used for your incorporation. These can be scanned and email to you or forwarded to your international address at a cost to you.

As a UK based business, you will be required to register for corporation tax with HMRC for the purpose of your annual accounting return and paying of corporation tax to the Government on your profit.

I you have employee working for your company in the UK, you will be required to register for PAYE (Pay As You Earn) and ensure you pay tax on their income as required.
